exercise log.
I need accountability. Some comes from my personal trainer, but I need MORE. So maybe, just maybe, by putting this out here, by putting an exercise log right in front of my face like this, I will follow through consistently.
That’s the theory anyway.

I’m going to take weekends off. If I get walking in, great, if not, I’m not going to feel guilty about it. But empty weekday entries? Come ON, Julie, it’s just 20 MINUTES! Iron, shmiron.

OK, found the log. I don’t know that I would have clicked on it if you hadn’t mentioned it. Can you make the link a different color or somehow stand out in some way? Hey! Don’t you have a treadmill, you can walk at home when being with kids right? This coming from me, home gym girl…..anywho, my Dr says at least 20 mins of exercise every day. Boy, I am going to be in big fat trouble when I go for my thyroid checkup in April. I had better get on the stick.
Glad you don’t have to hang upside down like a bat anymore. Good for you for walking a 15 minute mile, that would be like speed 4 on the treadmill, correct? You are my idol.
So here I am, on vacation, in Germany no less and I have time to check up on the walking you haven’t been doing. tsk tsk tsk tsk. If I weren’t terribly busy eating everything that wasn’t nailed down I would certainly have more to say about this issue. Maybe I will go for a walk later to make myself feel better. Except for the fact that it is cold, and rainy, and really cold.
